| Your initial payment includes starter pack and induction to the fitness suite together with unlimited use of the fitness suite, pool and exercise classes for the remainder of the month. |

- Family membership includes two adults and two 5-15 year olds (selected discounts apply)
- Joint membership includes two adults from the same category
- Family and Joint membership categories only apply to customers sharing the same address and bank account details
- Additional members pay the applicable rates
- Your initial payment may be made by cash, cheque or credit/debit card
- Your direct debit payment(s) will be taken on the 16 th (or within 3 working days) of the next and subsequent months
- Membership runs from the first to the end of each month with the direct debit payment(s) as above
- Membership cancellation - please notify the Centre in writing before the last day of the month prior to the month in which you wish to cancel
- Membership Suspension – please notify the Centre in writing before the last day of the month prior to the period that you wish to suspend. Suspension may incur a small monthly charge
